If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 7 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a refund:

  • The product must be in its original packaging.

  • Refunds do not apply to damaged products unless the issue is due to a fault on our part.

🔁 Exchange Policy (Within 14 Days)

We also offer a 14-day exchange policy from the date of delivery.

To qualify for an exchange:

  • The product must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging.

  • Exchange must be requested within 14 days of receiving the item.

Exchange Process:

  1. Keep the first parcel unopened and unused.

  2. We’ll dispatch your new item and collect the original product via our courier partner.

Shipping Costs:

  • If the exchange is due to an error on our part, Car Aesthetics will cover all shipping costs.

  • If the customer placed the wrong order by mistake, shipping charges will apply.
